As of February 2025, Nexoya is focusing on continued growth and European expansion. Building on its success in Switzerland and Germany, the marketing analytics company is now offering its AI-driven solutions to optimize digital marketing campaigns for companies in Italy. A new office and team have been established in Milan to support this growth.
Nexoya, headquartered in Zurich and Berlin with a team of 26 employees, has been pioneering automated digital marketing analytics for medium-sized and large companies since 2018. The company’s solutions prioritize user-friendliness and data protection compliance. In an era where marketers face increasing complexity and pressure on margins, artificial intelligence (AI) has become indispensable.
Nexoya’s “Marketing Analytics” SaaS platform leverages AI and predictive analytics to help advertisers optimize budget allocation across multiple channels. The platform aggregates key metrics from channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, presenting them in a clear, actionable format while automating performance monitoring. This solution alleviates routine operational tasks for marketing teams, simplifies automated, data-driven decision-making, and boosts campaign performance by up to 72%. It also reduces marketing costs by up to 30%.
Primarily focused on e-commerce, financial services, and insurance sectors, Nexoya currently serves numerous clients across Europe and the US (5%). Its customer base includes prominent names like Generali, yuh, Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB), flaschenpost, Swisscom, Kardex, and CSS in Switzerland, as well as bike components, Yello Strom, and Magix Software in Germany, and Generali in Austria. The trust of these clients has helped Nexoya double its Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) over the past 12 months.
Expansion into Italy
Italian companies have also already seen impressive results from Nexoya’s platform. Vodafone increased sales by 13% through cross-channel orchestration, while Stroili achieved a 690% ROI in just a few months, significantly optimizing its budget allocation. Scholl and ITA Airways are also among the latest onboarded clients, as part of Nexoya’s European growth strategy. To support further expansion, Nexoya opened an office in Milan, with Diana Capitta as Market Innovation Leader and a team of seven Italian-speaking experts dedicated to driving regional market growth. Additionally, Nexoya will introduce its latest “Scenario Simulation” feature to the Italian market.
Following Italy, Nexoya’s next focus will be the UK, where the company is already gaining traction. To strengthen its presence, Nexoya is seeking a sales expert to join the team.
