Recently Delvitech announced Adolfo Juri Elettronica Industriale, a trusted name in Swiss electronics manufacturing for 60 years, as a new customer. This is just the latest success for the company, which has been in business since 2018 and is rapidly expanding internationally.
Delvitech is a Swiss based leading provider of AI-based automatic optical inspection (AOI) solutions aimed at revolutionizing the printed circuit board (PCB) assembly and electronics manufacturing landscape. The Delvitech Aton 3D AOI system is designed to drastically improve production accuracy by automatically inspecting electronic assemblies and detecting potential defects early in the manufacturing process. With its high-speed, high-resolution image processing and a technology that is entirely based on artificial intelligence, this system detects soldering defects, component misplacements, and other potential issues typically extremely difficult to identify, enabling immediate corrections and significantly reducing waste and rework.
Adolfo Juri Elettronica Industriale SA has selected Delvitech’s Aton 3D AOI system to remain at the forefront of precision manufacturing. A pioneer in electronics production since 1965, Adolfo Juri Elettronica Industriale SA located in Ambrì offers a comprehensive suite of services, including design, engineering, prototyping, and mass production. The company’s core expertise includes PCB assembly, SMT and through-hole assembly and final testing. Serving high-demand sectors such as medical devices, industrial automation, telecommunications, energy and consumer electronics, Adolfo Juri Elettronica Industriale SA is known for providing a full range of services in electronics manufacturing with particular focus on a high mix of low-medium production series and tailor-made executions.
"At Adolfo Juri Elettronica SA, we have always believed in the power of innovation to deliver superior results to our clients. The Delvitech Aton 3D AOI system is another step in our journey toward production excellence," said Alessandra Juri Zanolari, CEO of Adolfo Juri Elettronica Industriale SA. "We are honored that Adolfo Juri Elettronica Industriale SA, a key player in the Swiss electronics industry, has chosen Delvitech Aton AOI to enhance their production capabilities," added Roberto Gatti, CEO of Delvitech. "This partnership is a testament to the strength of Swiss innovation and excellence."
For Adolfo Juri Elettronica Industriale SA’s customers, the addition of Delvitech’s system translates to faster time-to-market, lower production costs, and the assurance that their products are manufactured to the highest standards with minimal defect rates. This is made possible by the neural network training within Delvitech’s systems, which enables the inspection of highly complex elements that traditional AOI systems are typically unable to assess.
Strong growth
Delvitech has already attracted 20 active customers and is experiencing a strong moment of expansion with a revenue growth rate of 100%. This year the team in America was consolidated with professionals with wide experience in the relevant sector to ensure a more widespread presence in the territory. In addition, a German branch was opened. Germany represents one of the most flourishing electronics and optical inspection markets at the European level. Finally, in India, Delvitech is present with an office and has a plant that will be operational soon. This internationalization enables Delvitech to expand its customer base considerably, opening dialogues with important global players in various sectors, including automotive and consumer electronics. In addition, Delvitech has customers in other countries including Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic, Portugal, and Mexico. The customers are active in sectors such as Automotive, EMS, military, consumer, robotic, pharma.
