Tenity, redalpine and Privilège Ventures have welcomed new leaders in the roles of Managing director and General Partner to guide them through their new strategic direction as they continue to support startups and entrepreneurs. The appointment of the Silicon Valley investor and startup expert marks its first steps in establishing its US base.

Andrea Fritschi has joined Tenity’s leadership team in the role of Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner. Andrea brings over 20 years of extensive experience from her tenure in private equity and venture capital investment management at leading firms like Swiss Re and BlackRock, coupled with entrepreneurial expertise as founder and CEO of startup companies. Her strong financial acumen, ability to thrive in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, vision and leadership will be pivotal assets as Tenity continues to expand its VC investment program in Fintech and Insurtech. Holding an MBA from IMD and furthering her executive education at INSEAD, Andrea's robust academic foundation complements her hands-on industry experience, ensuring she is well-equipped to drive Tenity's strategic growth and innovation initiatives.

With the appointment of Silicon Valley-based Daniel Graf as General Partner, redalpine is taking the first in its strategic expansion across the Atlantic. With over 25 years of operational expertise and an impressive track record in the tech industry, Daniel Graf brings extensive experience to redalpine. Having held pivotal roles at major tech companies like Google, Twitter (X), and Uber, where he led products with over 1 billion monthly active users, Daniel has been instrumental in scaling innovative technologies globally. In recent years, he has focused on the healthtech industry, serving as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at DispatchHealth, which has brought ER and hospital services to over a million patients' homes. Additionally, Daniel has amassed extensive venture capital acumen, having invested in over 60 startups and 20 venture capital funds worldwide. His extensive experience in developing high-impact products and companies will significantly enhance the support provided to redalpine's diverse portfolio, strengthening an already robust Partner team with a diverse blend of backgrounds.

Angelica Morrone is the new General Partner at Privilège Ventures, a Lugano-based Swiss venture capital firm focusing on seed-stage startups across Europe, mainly in DeepTech and MedTech. Angelica Morrone, with her wealth of expertise from holding key positions in investment and operational capacities, her proven track record of identifying promising opportunities and nurturing them to success aligning seamlessly with Privilège Ventures' mission to support visionary entrepreneurs.
