Registration open for Swiss App Awards 2013

The world of apps is characterized by high growth rates, unprecedented innovation and extreme dynamics. Almost every day new apps appear on the market. On 7 February 2013 at the best apps will be celebrated when Swiss App Awards goes live at Marriott Hotel in Zurich, Switzerland.
 
Swiss companies and developers can submit their apps for the competition until January 20,
2013. The expert jury nominates apps from the following categories:

• • Games & Entertainment
• • Promotion & Advertisement
• • Finance & Business
• • Retail & E-Commerce
• • Sport & Lifestyle
• • Reading & News
• • Travel & Leisure
• • Health & Fitness
• • Science & Education

 
The nominated apps will compete against each other for the following six awards:

• • People’s Choice
• • Enterprise App Award
• • Best Design
• • Best Usability
• • Best Functionality
• • App of the Year

 
App submitters must be either Swiss companies or people living in Switzerland. In addition, the submitted apps should have been available in the App Store in 2012 and should have been updated the same year.

The Swiss App Awards 2013 is organized by Trifork GmbH in collaboration with Shape and a list of sponsors.
