MatchmeUp! helps impact driven start-ups to find new team members

Many impact-driven start-ups need competent people with professional experience to complement their team, but don’t know how to find them. At the same time, a growing number of skilled individuals are looking for meaningful work, but don’t know how to access corresponding opportunities in the start-up scene. Match.Me.Up! brings these two groups together in an interactive match-making event with a dynamic speed-dating format, when up to 20 start-ups will meet up to 60 pre-selected candidates. Start-ups will follow-up with suitable candidates individually after the event.

Start-ups can apply until 1 September for the event. The event itself will take place on 14 November. The companies must be impact-driven, must be less than 3 years incorporated, have max. 10 employees and are typically looking for experienced people with business or specialized tech skills.

Start-ups have the chance to

• Broadcast their start-up and job opportunity widely
• Have access to a large pool of experienced talents that a start-up would not reach on its own
• Meet up to 12 pre-selected candidates in individual speeddating slots and the entire pool of up to 60 candidates at the networking Apéro
• Expand their network among professionals, other start-ups and HUB Zürich’s contacts
