Technology is making our lives faster, changing leadership culture and offering opportunities for innovative and sustainable business models. With three topic streams, XDAYS offer a holistic awareness of digital transformation and give decision-makers the opportunity to network with peers from a whole host of different sectors.

Resilience and New Work, what will remain after Covid-19? What sets out the managers of today and tomorrow, and how are corporate cultures changing in the new operating environment?
New business models
Which digital business models are surviving the crisis, and which technology-driven products will benefit from opportunities over the coming decade?
On stage are around 30 top-class speakers such as Verena Pausder (founder and digital education expert), Jamie Susskind (barrister and author of ‘Future Politics: Living Together in a World Transformed by Tech’), Bettina Hein (software entrepreneur), Anders Indset (economic philosopher) and Prof. Dr. Heike Bruch (Director of the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management, Universität St. Gallen). Between the speeches and talks, there is plenty of room for personal exchange – whether in networking breaks or the popular XNIGHT.
The new Swiss Venture Capital Report was published on 26 January. It analyses 304 financing rounds closed in 2020 and includes further article such as an interview with Michael Hengartner, President of the ETH Board, and a list of Swiss "soonicorns".
