Venture case is the second stage of Venture Kick and the winning teams will receive a convertible loan of CHF40.000.
At this level, candidates will have time to structure their business idea, target initial customers and strategic partners, collect feedback and work out a convincing investor presentation.
Each team presents their idea in front of a panel of experts. 2 out of 4 presented start-ups will pass this second stage.
The new Swiss Venture Capital Report was published on 26 January. It analyses 304 financing rounds closed in 2020 and includes further article such as an interview with Michael Hengartner, President of the ETH Board, and a list of Swiss "soonicorns".
