The JOY Accelerator
The 12-week program will enable creative and ambitious women to create and launch a venture.
The Joy Accelerator offers women a platform and tools to build a thriving business. The the programme offers a range of benefits including helping participants to find the right business model and form that fits their needs and talents, be it a project on the side, as a solopreneur or collaborating with others, be it in the form of a product, course, podcast or community.
What to expect:
- Personalized support (and care!) from Eli and Meli sharing everything they have learnt while building businesses and impact organisations and working with hundreds of founders
- A community of like-hearted, handpicked, supportive women who are on the same journey
- A safe space to share your ideas and get valuable feedback
- A safe space to share your challenges, doubts and fears, be listened to and benefit from other’s experiences
How it works:
- The first group starts on July 16, 2021, and lasts 12 weeks
- Participants will launch a new product or service by the latest mid-October
- The program will be held mainly online but there is a possibility of one or two in-person sessions in Zurich, if the group wants and the situation permits
- As part of the JOY Accelerator you get:
- Content, workbooks, materials
- Our favorite, proven exercises, templates and tools etc
- Bootcamp to kickoff
- Weekly sessions LIVE via Zoom, teaching you step by step the process, time for you to ask all your questions and get feedback, space for peer- and group- coaching. The sessions will be recorded in case you have to miss one
- Two individual 1:1 coaching sessions with Meli or Eli
- Access to a network of empowering women
The new Swiss Venture Capital Report was published on 26 January. It analyses 304 financing rounds closed in 2020 and includes further article such as an interview with Michael Hengartner, President of the ETH Board, and a list of Swiss "soonicorns".
