Start Summit 2022
Every year, the START Summit conference brings together the European startup community to explore, learn and exchange with like-minded people. This year, the event takes place both virtually and physically.
START Summit is Europe’s largest conference for entrepreneurship and technology organised by START Global, the leading students’ initiative at the University of St. Gallen. Every year, the event brings together students, founders, investors, corporates and well-wishers of the Swiss startup ecosystem.
In a hybrid format, the event features fireside chats, keynote speakers, workshops, a pitching competition that wards the winning startup with CHF 25'000. For the first time, the START Hack will take place on the same day as the conference.

The new Swiss Venture Capital Report was published on 26 January. It analyses 304 financing rounds closed in 2020 and includes further article such as an interview with Michael Hengartner, President of the ETH Board, and a list of Swiss "soonicorns".
