This Pivoting the Idea course is tailored for entrepreneurs facing critical decisions after testing their initial ideas. This course equips you with the strategies and resilience needed to successfully pivot or adapt your business idea. You will master the tools to overcome challenges and continue your entrepreneurial journey with confidence.

In the challenging journey of entrepreneurship, resilience often defines success. The Innosuisse Module 2+ “Pivoting the Idea” equips future entrepreneurs with the mindset and tools needed to navigate the inevitable challenges of building a startup. Whether refining an idea or pivoting based on market feedback, this module emphasizes the importance of persistence, adaptability, and learning to thrive amidst uncertainty.

Why Pivoting & Resilience Matter

Entrepreneurship is filled with critical moments—when to stay committed to an idea and when to pivot can make all the difference. This module prepares participants to approach these decisions with confidence, ensuring they stay on their entrepreneurial path rather than stepping away in the face of challenges. Participants will learn that the difficulties of pursuing an idea are a natural part of startup life—and that with the right approach and mindset, they can overcome these hurdles.

What You’ll Learn

Building on the initial idea testing in Module 2, this module consists of two interactive course evenings, focusing on:
  • The process of pivoting to achieve the perfect problem-solution fit.
  • Strategies to foster resilience and adaptability.
  • Real-world insights into navigating uncertainty in startups.
More details on the individual sessions can be found below in the program.

Who Can Participate?: This course is designed for individuals with a business idea or startup. Priority is given to former participants of the Module 2.1 training, but alumni from other modules and those with an entrepreneurial project are also encouraged to join.

Language & Costs: This module is exclusively offered in English and is free of charge.
