There is no way around it. Like every hype artificial intelligence (and all it’s brothers, sisters, and twins) will have to face reality. After the first enthusiasm it is time to take a sober look at these technologies. Show casing concrete implementations we will discuss their implications, aka disruptive power, not only for businesses, society or even humanity. Most of all we need to address the question, how the tech industry will be afflicted if ever more code is being generated by machines.
Join us at our next IT’s ABOUT TECH event, taking place on June 25, starting from 17.30 at Klybeck Areal in Basel. Experts and entrepreneurs will show case their projects and share their insights.
The new Swiss Venture Capital Report was published on 26 January. It analyses 304 financing rounds closed in 2020 and includes further article such as an interview with Michael Hengartner, President of the ETH Board, and a list of Swiss "soonicorns".
