Luana Schelbert hat ihren Master in Management & Economics an der Universität Zürich abgeschlossen und sammelte praktische Erfahrung bei YES. Dort war sie im Bereich Startup Support und Unternehmensaufbau tätig. Sie unterstützte die Startups bei alltäglichen Fragen, gab Kurse zu unternehmerischen Grundlagen, Businessplan oder Sales, alles wichtige Kenntnisse für eine Unternehmensgründung. Heute arbeitet sie beim IFJ im Bereich Kurse und Coaching und begleitet jährlich über 3'000 Gründerinnen und Gründer auf dem Weg in die Selbständigkeit.
