Scandens is an ETH Spin-off based in Zurich, Switzerland, that provides B2B SaaS solutions for real estate consultants and owners to understand the energy performance and climate impact of buildings and create feasible, profitable and 1.5°C-compliant renovation plans – fast, science-based and at scale. We combine state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence, ingest and analyze large data set, and leverage our proprietary energy simulation engine to optimize renovation strategies for financial performance and climate compliance. We provide our services through a web application and APIs. At Scandens, we are proud to prioritize long-term goals and focus wholeheartedly on our mission.
