Digital Economy Award

Prizes will be awarded in the categories "Digital Excellence Award", "Digital Innovation Of The Year", "The Next Global Hot Thing", "Nextgen Hero", "ICT Education Excellence Award" and "The Pascal". For start-ups the categories "Digital Innovation of the Year" and "The Next Global Hot Thing" are of special interest. However ist is only possible to apply for the Innovation Award. Companies for the second award are nominated by scouting partners. The list with scouting partners has been published on the website of the award.

Criteria

Projects or products developed by Swiss contractors and/or for Swiss clients are entitled to participate. Projects or products that use digital technologies and/or digital distribution or transaction channels can be submitted. The work submitted must have been initiated or a substantial part thereof completed within the last 24 months. For every project submitted, a participation fee (excl. VAT) applies per category entered. Participation in ‘The Next Global Hot Thing’ category is free of charge.
