Swiss Fintech Awards

The purpose of the Swiss FinTech Award is to promote regional development while helping create the strongest possible Swiss FinTech ecosystem underpinned by unprecedented international network links. The most outstanding Swiss FinTech solution will be awarded by the prestigious network of numerous partner organisations and fintech experts. This year there are three award categories: early stage startup of the year, growth stage startup of the year and fintech influencer of the year. The winner in the early stage category will receive prize money in the five digit range. On top startups get in touch with potential clients and investors, receive top-in-class coaching from Accenture's industry experts, get media exposure and can present at the leading fintech conference by FuW Forum.

Criteria

All fintech, insurtech and blockchain start-ups with a Swiss connection can apply for the Swiss FinTech Awards till 2 March 2025. This includes, for example Swiss founders (active in Switzerland and/or abroad) or organizations with a Swiss head office. The awards are open to a broad range of fintech categories (all sorts of B2B offerings for banks and insurances, B2C fintech products and also crypto, DeFi and other financial blockchain applications). Award Categories Early Stage Start-up of the Year: For start-ups which don’t have a product-market-fit yet. This category is recommended for start-ups which are currently working on a first demo, prototype or which are about to go-to-market with the first product or service.  Growth Stage Start-up of the Year: For start-ups which have a product-market-fit and are on a growth trajectory. Recommended category for start-ups which have a successful product on the market, a working business model and clear signs of (exponential) growth.
