
The Mobile World Congress is the most important event worldwide for the Mobile industry. In 2015 there will be again a Swiss Pavilion. 18 Companies were selected by CTI, Alp ICT and S-GE.
The Mobile World Congress (MWC) combines a world-class exhibition and a highly attractive conference program. It is the worldwide most important congress in the fast growing mobile communication sector and generated 2014 a new visitor record with a growth of +15% to the last year. Parallel to the congress an exhibition at 98’000m2 is organized and decision makers from the top management are visiting it. Last year the congress welcomed 86.000 attendees, 3.900 press/analysts attendees and 201 countries were represented. In 2015 the congress will take place in Barcelona, from 2nd to 5th of March.
At the first SWISS Pavilion of the MWC 2014 19 Swiss Startup companies did exhibit their solutions. Based on this great success the 2nd SWISS Pavilion supported by CTI, Alp ICT and S-GE get launched and is based again in the Mobile App hall.
