Crédit Agricole deploys InvestGlass solution

In a strategic move to transform the customer experience and automate internal operations, Crédit Agricole Next Bank launched its new lead management platform, and CRM in March 2024. A solution powered by Geneva-based fintech InvestGlass. This marks a significant step in the digitalization of retail banking.

Maxime Charton, Deputy Director of Development, is at the forefront of this initiative and expresses his satisfaction with the successful implementation of this new automation tool. "The deployment of InvestGlass within Crédit Agricole Next Bank represents more than just a technical improvement; it's a cultural transformation that allows the bank to continue innovating and improving its digital journeys for the benefit of its clients," says Maxime Charton.

Choosing InvestGlass as a lead management solution addresses a significant challenge faced by Crédit Agricole Next Bank: effectively meeting the needs of a growing clientele while managing significant linguistic diversity among employees and clients who speak more than four languages. The flexibility and automation capabilities of InvestGlass have been crucial in providing a tailored response to this substantial influx of new clients while ensuring a personalised and efficient service.

Crédit Agricole Next Bank (Switzerland) SA currently employs 229 people and has over 65,000 clients. As of December 31, 2023, the Bank had over CHF 440 million in equity capital and a balance sheet total of CHF 6.4 billion.

GenTwo wins over Swissquote

GenTwo, another leading Swiss Fintech, just announced that Swissquote, Switzerland’s market leader for online banking, is the inaugural member and preferred partner of the new GenTwo Pro for Banks platform.

As previously announced, GenTwo Pro for Banks is the world’s first Swiss-based B2B AMC platform. With it, banks can offer their clients the ability to create bankable products on all liquid or digital assets with the fastest time to market at the lowest price point in the industry.

This move allows us to leverage GenTwo technology to expand our AMC business through low-friction, cost-effective structured product creation. This in turn will provide more choice and opportunity for our clients in line with our overall mission to democratize banking.”

GenTwo Pro for Banks offers a simple, 100% digital process via a user-friendly interface. Users input product details and receive a fully bankable product with a Swiss ISIN. The products are off-balance sheet and issued in Switzerland.
