Start-up launches the Swiss army knife of messaging apps

ZMS, which is available on Android and iOS, is a free to download app which gives users unprecedented control over how they communicate, by specifying the time and/or the location that recipients receive their text, picture, video or voice messages. By giving users the ability to specify the location and time messages are received, ZMS offers a plethora of different ways messaging can be used.
The app is a way to keep in touch with your friends at relevant times. You can use it to simply text a friend when they’re nearby to see if they fancy a coffee. The romantics amongst you might use it to organise an anniversary, message_led treasure hunt, or even a proposal. You could also surprise your friend with a message which they will receive when they land at their chosen holiday destination.
The messaging app boasts a range of features including:
- Access to the ZMS community – where users can share info about their local area or post messages
- Free, real_time instant messaging service with group chat functions
- Request and receive location updates from other ZMS users
- Easy to use security functions to keep information private and control what data is sent or received
- Synchronisation of contacts with phone address book
Nourredine Rouibah, co_founder and CEO of inZair, said: “The unique appeal of ZMS is that it offers people complete control over not only the time their message is received, but also on the location. This opens up a raft of possibilities; from a simple reminder sent to your other half to buy milk, which they receive when they pass a shop, to a message_based treasure hunt across a city.”
“This is the Swiss army knife of messaging apps, with instant messaging, location prompting and access to the ZMS community among its features. We also know how important security is to our users, which is why there are easy to use privacy settings and receiving information is strictly on an opt_in basis.”
Members of the ZMS community will be able to read others members’ views about specific locations and post their own messages, creating a great new source of information on anything from restaurant reviews to nice walks in their local area.
ZMS is available on both tablet and smartphones and has already been downloaded in 55 countries.
