Eatomics is the first truly intelligent food matchmaking platform, using AI to personalize dining experiences based on allergies, preferences, and dietary needs. We’re not just another food app — we’re building data-driven infrastructure for the food industry, helping restaurants and food providers create more personalized experiences while optimizing operations.
We’re early-stage but already running pilots with several restaurants and preparing for a larger pilot with a major system gastronomy player in Switzerland. Now, we’re looking for a Technical Co-Founder to lead, build, and scale the technology behind our vision.

What You’ll Do
You will develop and scale a cutting-edge, AI-driven platform, optimizing its performance and ensuring scalability. The role involves working with machine learning and recommendation systems to drive product innovation. You will have complete ownership of the tech stack, choosing the best tools for the job, whether it’s Python, Node.js, React, AWS, or GCP. As a key member of the founding team, you will shape the company’s strategy and growth while building and leading the engineering team as we scale.
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who loves building things and has experience coding side projects, developing ML models, or creating web applications. You should have a strong understanding of scalable technology, including cloud infrastructure, APIs, and backend systems. A passion for AI, data, machine learning, NLP, or recommendation systems is a plus. Most importantly, you think like a founder, take ownership, iterate quickly, and want to build something meaningful.

The role is Co-Founder and CTO, based in Zürich or remote, with equity-based compensation. The start date is flexible.
