The Swiss-South African Joint Research Program (SSAJRP) is offering a business development programme in South Africa for 10 selected Swiss researchers/students with a startup project.
Explore the South African market during a one-week business development camp
Join the Swiss Venture Leaders in South Africa team in an intensive week to stress test your product on the South African market. If you have a high-tech startup and you have a link with academia (students, researchers, employees of a University, applied school, other) then join the national team to Cape Town from May 6th-8th 2019. You will be challenged by experts, exchange on your project with top local entrepreneurs and pitch against South African startups.
If you think your project should get a boost in South Africa, apply until March 4th.
The new Swiss Venture Capital Report was published on 26 January. It analyses 304 financing rounds closed in 2020 and includes further article such as an interview with Michael Hengartner, President of the ETH Board, and a list of Swiss "soonicorns".
