Resmonics AG
Resmonics is a spin-off from ETH Zurich and a pioneer in ambient Edge AI. Our mission is to protect doctors, nurses, and patients from infections in healthcare facilities. Based on 7 years of research at leading Swiss universities and healthcare providers, we developed the world’s first real-time infection risk monitor for indoor spaces: Our sensor system combines patented acoustic lung symptom AI with ambient environment sensors. The real-time, highly targeted action recommendations generated by our system increase the compliance of the hospital's staff with hygiene and infection prevention policies by 4x to 15x. This results in a ROI of 500% for hospitals due to fewer sick leave alone - cost savings due to less contingency staffing and prevented lost business are not yet factored in.
