Join the third edition of the program for scale-ups, powered by Innovaud and IMD. It is designed to propel tech companies from promising start-ups into fast-growing scale-ups. The program covers three key areas: leadership, organizational design, and strategic scaling. Many entrepreneurs who have experienced this phase will share their insights. It's the perfect balance between academic and hands-on practical learning.
After two successful editions, 26 enthusiastic entrepreneurs and even more experience about entrepreneurs' needs, LeadiNNg to Scale-up is back for a third consecutive year offering entrepreneurs the program they need if they are scaling the company!
Together with IMD, this program has been built based on feedback from successful scale-ups, specifically to support the next-generation of fast-growing tech companies. “We did a lot of research to try to understand what these scaleups needed,” explained Jim Pulcrano, leader of the program.
By joining the cohort, you will be challenged by IMD professors, and seasoned entrepreneurs, as well as your peers in the program. You will also benefit from Innovaud’s broad network as well as a direct connection to the Scale Up Vaud community.
New: The program will be offered both physically and online to enable international participation. Innovaud can also facilitate your stay and set up visits.
Course of the program:
Interview: First, you will go through a 60-minute interview with an IMD professor, to get a confidential sense of you and your firm’s development stage and challenges. This exchange will also confirm your scalability potential and founder motivation. Based on your needs, we will adapt the content and format of the LeadiNNg to Scale-Up program.
Kick-off: A full-day kick-off to get straight into the topic and get to know your peers. One goal of the program is to create a group of trusted leaders, confident to exchange and learn from one another. This is mandatory to join in person in Lausanne.
Sessions: Over the course of 6 months, you will go through 10 sessions of 3-4 hours. Each session will be a mix of inputs from the IMD professors, joined by experienced entrepreneurs. The sessions will be hosted approximately every 3 weeks, in the evenings. If you are based abroad, you can join those sessions online.
Events: Once a month, you will be invited to the Scale Up Vaud networking events.
The closing ceremony will take place in June in Lausanne. This is mandatory to join in person.
