The BEI Program is tailored for MDs, PhDs, Post-Docs, and life sciences researchers from UZH, ETH, University Hospitals, and Swiss academic centers who are eager to translate their research into impactful innovations.

Whether you’re curious about entrepreneurship or simply want to develop valuable, transferable skills for your career, Module B, Fundamentals of the BioEntrepreneurship & Innovation (BEI) Program is for you.

Happening between May and July 2025, this hands-on program explores how research can become real-world innovation, while helping you grow your confidence in areas like:

Intellectual property & regulation
Financial & Legal basics
Product development & Pitching
Effective Communication & Teamwork
Building a strong network

You will learn directly from top experts in the field and connect with a community of peers who are just as curious, driven, and collaborative as you.

Successful completion of Module A is a prerequisite for enrolling in Module B.
